“Udyog Bandhu is an organization that acts as a facilitator between Government departments and entrepreneurs. All the online payments made by the entrepreneurs for the services to be provided by the departments, are not remitted to Udyog Bandhu, but to the respective departments through our bankers via online payment platform, only either to bank account or treasury head of the departments.
Requests for refund of payment in the event of excess/short/double or incorrect online payment shall be dealt through Nivesh Mitra. Entrepreneur can apply to the concerned department through the online platform, which shall be dealt with by the department as per its existing practice and the payment shall be refunded manually.”
