      उपरोक्त के विषय मे पत्र दिनांक २४-०८-२०१२ के सन्दर्भ में बताना है की यू.पी.एस.आई.डी.सी. ने भूखंड संख्या डी-८, सेक्टर ए-२, का भौतिक कब्ज़ा इकाई को १६-११-२०१२ को दे दिया (प्रतिलिपि संलग्न) और आस्वस्त किया की समय विस्तारण शुल्क कब्जे की तिथि १६-११-२०१२ के दो साल बाद भूखंड की लीज डीड में वर्णित शर्तों के अनुसार लागू करेंगे जिसको यू.पी.एस.आई.डी.सी. ट्रोनिक सिटी ने अपने पत्र संख्या ७६०२/एस.आई.डी.सी./पी.ओ.टी.सी./डी-८, सेक्टर ए-२ दिनांक ०१-१२-२०१२ द्वारा सुनिशिचत किया (प्रतिलिपि संलग्न) इस सबके लिए मैं यू.पी.एस.आई.डी.सी. और उसके सभी अधिकारीयों का समय-२ पर साथ देने का धन्यवाद् करता हूँ
